The Law Office of John C. Davis represents employees in labor and employment matters and individuals who have been wronged under the civil rights and consumer protection laws. In addition to representing individuals, much of the Firm's practice is devoted to class action lawsuits on behalf of employees and individuals under the discrimination and harassment laws, the federal wage and hour/overtime laws, civil rights statutes, and consumer protection laws.

The Firm practices before all federal and state courts as well as well as various administrative agencies, such as the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, and the Merit Systems Protection Board, and handles matters in arbitration and mediation and grievance procedures.
