About John C Davis
John has been representing employees in discrimination cases for over 30 years. His practice is largely in Florida and Georgia where he has Bar memberships, but he has also been engaged in cases throughout the country and national class actions.
His goal is to provide targeted representation expected from a boutique law firm, while being fully available to all his clients. His work has garnered him recognition as a Florida Super Lawyer in Employment and Labor Law every year since 2014.
John has a BA in English Literature from Florida State University, an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Georgia and a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida, where he was inducted into The Order of the Coif. He is a member of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and was the Northern District Area Representative for many years.
When not representing clients, John is a competitive mountain biker and avid cyclist. He lives in Tallahassee with his family.
